Data Deletion Instructions

Makon Mobile operates the Instagram business account @makonmobile. If you have messaged us on Instagram and would like us to delete the data associated with your conversation, you can request deletion at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to makonmobileservise@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the Instagram username you used to message @makonmobile so we can locate your data.
3. Alternatively, send us a Direct message to @makonmobile asking us to delete your data.

What we delete

Upon a valid request we delete the message content and identifiers associated with your conversation from our systems, except where we are required to retain certain records by applicable law (e.g., accounting obligations). We will confirm completion by email.

Timeframe

We process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.
