This Privacy Policy explains how Makon Mobile, a brand operated by "TURAN M-PAY" MAS'ULIYATI CHEKLANGAN JAMIYAT (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you contact our official Instagram business account @makonmobile through Instagram Direct messages. Makon Mobile is a retail company in Uzbekistan selling mobile phones, including installment plans.

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to people who send messages to, or interact with, our own Instagram business account @makonmobile. Our messaging application is used only for our own business account; we do not access or manage the messages of any account we do not own.

2. Information we collect

• Message content you send to us via Instagram Direct (text, and attachments such as photos or voice messages you choose to send).
• Your Instagram-scoped identifier and public username as provided by Meta when you message us.
• Timestamps and message metadata needed to deliver and track replies.

We do not collect your password, payment card numbers, or data from accounts other than your conversation with us.

3. How we use the information

• To read your incoming messages and respond to your questions about our products and installment options.
• To provide replies, which may be generated or drafted with the help of an AI assistant and reviewed/sent by our team.
• To maintain the conversation history linked to your customer record so we can serve you consistently.
• To improve the quality and accuracy of our customer support.

We rely on Instagram’s messaging permissions (including instagram_manage_messages) solely to receive and reply to messages within our own account.

4. AI processing

To generate helpful replies, message text may be processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic, the Claude API) acting as our processor. Such processing is limited to producing a response and is subject to the provider’s data-handling terms. We do not sell your data.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us operate the service (e.g., our CRM/messaging backend and the AI provider named above), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where required by applicable law.

6. Data retention

We keep conversation data only as long as necessary to provide customer support and meet legal or accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion at any time (see section 8).

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
